228 Taoist Craft

    Female Taoist Hu Su-Hue is trying to enhance her ability of Taoist craft. She practices many Taositic magics at the same time. She lets her hands move her head with a folding fan and "folds" other part of her body into a drum. Then Su-Hue " takes out" her legs from that drum and concentrates herself on creating an imaginary world from her tiptoe.

    Her head can't be considered as detached in such a condition since the folding fan is still there, although her body is in another position and transformed. That's the mystery of Taoism.

172c  Ayase & Mei-Xian: Self-Battling (III)

    Even though, Ayase doesn't forget her duty. She has to convert Ou Mei-Xian back to Li Mei-Xian to restore her best friend's mother.

    This is not an easy task. To accomplish it, Ayase has to face herself first. This time, both her Aragaki and Oumae are against her because she is going to restore Mei-Xian's Taoistic property. Ayase has to suffer the effect of heresy.

    Ayase gets burned from her internal. That religious core of her ego blames her. It is most excruciating, but Ayase has determined. She won't be stopped.

    Today, Ayase asks Mei-Xian to come to her. When Mei-Xian arrives, she sees Ayase holding her detached head and lifting it up. Ayase looks like not in a good condition, although her head still smiles emotionlessly.

    In fact, Ayase has decoupled her head and self for avoiding heresy effects. She lets her head take command of the Oumae family as a emotionless device, and lets herself bear the heresy effect. Her head still can link to her main body to get support, but that doesn't mean she is an whole person in such state.

    The heavily wounded set of Ayase's parts starts to refit Mei-Xian. It asks Mei-Xian to disintegrate herself. Mei-Xian's neck becomes "dissolved", and the power of the Oumae family gets embodied into hands for accessing the virtual connections between Mei-Xian's mind and heart.

    Mei-Xian's body parts still will be owned by the Oumae family, but the family queen Ayase can "lend" them to Li Mei-Xian. Time to get Black Cat's mother back!

EPILOGUE

    After Ayase totally restoring Li Mei-Xian back, she also let Mei-Xian fix her pieced self. They embraced each other while both of them got completed. Later, they went to find Black Cat whom was still in trouble together...

    Furthermore, Ayase finds that not only she doesn't own herself, she also means nothing really important to herself. She's a robot made by the Oumae factory, and her ego has been set to follow spiritual instructions. Even she is a special one, a robot will never be important. Herself is only responsible for to its abstract owner, the assumed Amakusa Shiro which doesn't really exist, not her.

    As the "queen", Ayase has liberated as many Oumae family members as she can. The Oumae family still owns a lot of incomplete body parts, and some of them has been adapted for making useful instruments or devices. They are deemed as objects, not individuals. However, Ayase senses that herself also doesn't value herself as an individual. If necessary, she is also an object, or objects. Ayase often disintegrates herself and goes into stocks of those refitted body parts to challenge herself:

    "What do I mean to you, my dear me?"

    Sadly, herself never gives any response to her heartbreaking questions. Her heart belongs to the entire family and has to carry the hope and desires of the Oumae family, it has no personal space for her own emotions and affections.

    Ayase has the crown, but it belongs to herself, not her.

172a  Ayase & Mei-Xian: Self-Battling (I)

    "Thank you for return myself to me, Ayase, and don't feel any bad about controlling my parts at once. I don't mind to be owned at all."

    In a room of the Oumae main house, Mei-Xian's body is sitting in a corner. Her head got detached and has been placed on a magical floating plate, and it is looking at her headless body. The easy and natural style clothes, the elegant high heels, the Taoistic property of her body and the Christian faith of her cursed torso, Mei-Xian's head knows that the body doesn't belong to Ou Mei-Xian-- this time the body is prepared for making Li Mei-Xian. The head feels slightly excited and happy since it will come back to be Li Mei-Xian together with the body. When Li Mei-Xian was Li Mei-Xian, being the legendary Taoist didn't mean anything to her; but her head and body are separated and belong to the Oumae now. It's somehow meaningful for the head to be a part of that great and mighty one.

    Both of Mei-Xian's parts have been converted by Ayase from Ou Mei-Xian's body parts to Li Mei-Xian's body parts. They have not been designated to each other so that Li Mei-Xian doesn't exist in such a moment. Ayase will come to integrate them into Li Mei-Xian later after recovering herself. After all, she has suffered too much on the process of converting Mei-Xian back.

    Yeah, the aftereffect of heresy.

    Let's come back to talk about Ayase.

    Being the "de facto queen" doesn't mean she can do anything she wants. In fact, Ayase even can't cope with her internal conflict. For example, when she makes herself stay in her Aragaki Ayase status, she will be hostile to everything about the Oumae. However, everything of her also belongs to the Oumae such that she can't turn against the Oumae with anything of herself. If she wants to destroy the Oumae with her blessed legs, her internal Oumae will be activated and teach her who is the boss. Bloody bellflowers, the symbol of the Oumae family will bloom over her weaponized parts and take over them. Her main body will not work normally as a part of Aragaki Ayase. It will show its nature as a wooden puppet owned by the Oumae.

    Nothing of her is hers, nothing. The queen of the Oumae can't get rid of the Oumae. Her composition has been "programmed". She can pretend that she's Aragaki Ayase, but she can't be anything truly more than Oumae Ayase.

    Flying-head monster Yi-Nan's friend likes to play the guessing game with her. This time, she asks Yi-Nan to leave her body first. Then she places some of her pets on the top of a cupboard one by one for letting it touch Yi-Nan's neck cross section. She will ask Yi-Nan which one the pet is from the feeling.

    Yi-Nan's head gets confused, and her body feels very comfortable and tickling. As a flying-head monster, that pet's sweetness also can be transmitted to her body subconsciously through her neck cross section. Her heart gets almost melted.

    "Ah..." Yi-Nan's friend holds Yi-Nan's cute soft cheeks and kisses her. She knows Yi-Nan can't resist in such a condition.
